My name is Andrew Duckett, and I've been around computers most of my life. Back in 2004, I started building, repairing, and setting up networks professionally through RebootIT Service. It was hands-on, real work — figuring out what was broken and fixing it. I loved every minute of it.
Life had other plans for a while. As my family grew, I stepped back from professional tech work and focused on what mattered most — raising my kids. I kept my skills sharp helping family and friends with their computers and websites on the side, but it was never the main thing.
In 2024, with a bit more time on my hands, I found myself back at the keyboard — and I remembered exactly why I loved this work. Duckett Tech LLC is the result of that. It's my way of taking two decades of real-world experience and putting it to work for small businesses that deserve better than they're getting.
Honestly? Because a lot of small businesses are getting burned. They hire someone overseas who doesn't understand their needs, or they pay an agency that hands them off to a junior dev they've never met.
