Duckett Tech LLC – Apache Webinars Plugin
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
1. Overview
The Apache Webinars plugin ("Plugin") runs entirely on the Customer's WordPress and WooCommerce environment. This Privacy Policy describes what data is and is not collected.
2. No Data Collection
Duckett Tech LLC does not collect, store, or process any personal or financial data from end users of the Plugin. All user interactions occur within the Customer's own WordPress site.
3. Local Data Storage
All data created through the Plugin — including webinar seats, orders, participant information, and raffle entries — is stored locally on the Customer's WordPress database. Duckett Tech LLC has no access to this data.
4. License Validation
The Plugin communicates with Duckett Tech LLC servers solely for license validation purposes. The only information transmitted is:
- The domain name where the Plugin is installed
- The Plugin version number
No personal data, customer data, or transaction data is transmitted during license validation.
5. Third-Party Services
The Plugin integrates with third-party services that may collect data independently:
- Zoom — may collect participant data when webinar meetings are created. See Zoom's Privacy Policy.
- WooCommerce — handles order and customer data within the Customer's WordPress site. See WooCommerce/Automattic Privacy Policy.
Duckett Tech LLC is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.
6. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for:
- Compliance with all applicable privacy laws and regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Implementing their own privacy policy for their end users
- Securing their WordPress site and database
- Managing and protecting any data collected through the Plugin
7. Security
Duckett Tech LLC is not responsible for the security of the Customer's hosting environment, WordPress installation, or any data stored on the Customer's server. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures for their website and data.
8. No Data Sharing
Duckett Tech LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties. Since we do not collect user data through the Plugin, there is no data to share.
