Terms of Service
Duckett Tech LLC – Apache Webinars Plugin
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using the Apache Webinars plugin ("Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Plugin.
2. Description of Service
Apache Webinars is a commercial WooCommerce plugin that enables businesses to sell and manage webinar seats, including:
- Interactive seat selection
- Zoom meeting integration
- Winner raffle functionality
- VIP-restricted webinar access
- Recording access and delivery
The Plugin operates entirely within the Customer's WordPress and WooCommerce environment.
3. License Grant
Duckett Tech LLC grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin. This software is licensed, not sold.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell the Plugin
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Plugin
- Bypass or interfere with license validation systems
- Use the Plugin for unlawful purposes
5. License Validation & Enforcement
The Plugin includes a license validation system that periodically communicates with Duckett Tech LLC servers.
The Plugin may disable or restrict functionality if:
- The license is expired, suspended, or invalid
- License validation cannot be completed for 14 consecutive days
6. Third-Party Services
The Plugin integrates with third-party services including WooCommerce and Zoom. Duckett Tech LLC is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages or failures
- API changes or limitations
- Payment processing systems
7. User Accounts
User authentication and account management are handled by WordPress and WooCommerce. Duckett Tech LLC does not manage user accounts or authentication systems.
8. Payment Processing
The Plugin does not process or store payment data. All transactions are handled through WooCommerce and third-party payment gateways.
9. Data Responsibility
All data created through the Plugin is stored on the Customer's site. Duckett Tech LLC does not store, access, or retain any customer data.
10. Compliance
The Customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licenses — including but not limited to Federal Firearms License (FFL) requirements where applicable.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Duckett Tech LLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
Duckett Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin.
13. Termination
Duckett Tech LLC may terminate or suspend your license at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Plugin is immediately revoked.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
